The Photographer agrees to make available a Digital CD full resolution file package granting complete printing rights to the holder. Digital CD's are delivered within 30 business days of the wedding

In return for the aforementioned goods and services, the undersigned agrees to make a deposit in the amount of $200 to be paid on ______________(date). The Deposit is not refundable. It is further agreed that any balance of payment due will be paid three weeks before the day of the wedding. A total of $_______ will be charged for these goods and services with the Balance Due $________ to be paid by ______________(date, three weeks before the wedding day). The studio reserves the right to use negatives and digital files and/or reproductions for display, publication, or other purposes. Negatives and digital files remain the exclusive property of the Photographer.
The Photographer may not be held liable for or subject to damages for failure to provide any proofs, prints or other visual presentations due to negligence, carelessness, accident or any other avoidable or unavoidable action mentioned or unmentioned by any other individual or any other service agency, necessary in performing the functions set forth in this contract. If absolutely no pictures are delivered by 180 business days from the date of the event, a refund will be arranged.
The undersigned, having read the above contract agrees to the terms as set forth.
